Note: Until your payment account is confirmed, your payment limits are restricted. After you complete the enrollment process, we will send you an e-mail telling you how to confirm your payment account. The account confirmation process helps to protect you against the unauthorized use of your account. After your account is confirmed your payment limits are re-evaluated and usually raised.
