So that we can strive to service more of your financial needs, we may disclose information we receive from you on an application or other form, only to our investment partner with whom the bank has a joint marketing agreement, Investment Professionals, Inc. This information is limited to:

We will not share any other personal information about you. Investment Professionals, Inc. resides in the lobby of our main office in Smyrna, and maintains office space at our other locations. Community Bank of the South works with them to offer a wider range of investment products to our customers. We are allowed to share this information by law. We will never sell your information.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to third parties except as required by law, or in a joint marketing agreement or to perform transactions you request. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
